Thi An Hoa Nguyen (known as Sr. An-Hoa, LHC) is a perpetually professed member of the Congregation of the Lovers of the Holy Cross. She holds a Ph.D. in Theology and Education from Boston College and an M.A. in Religion from Yale University. Currently, she serves as a Louisville Postdoctoral Fellow and Lecturer in Pastoral Care at Yale Divinity School.

Her research focuses on pastoral care, spirituality, children’s agency, and the role of religious education in fostering family ministry and spiritual intelligence in faith formation. An-Hoa aims to refine her practical theology to empower families in immigrant communities while enhancing the roles of women in ministry and society.
